Mido restaurant, founded in 2018 by the creators of La Môme Group, is located at the end of pedestrian Rue Florian. The restaurant features an open-plan kitchen that serves a unique blend of Japanese and South American culinary traditions crafted by Chef Christopher Brugnaux. The menu consists of creatively prepared dishes meant to be experienced through sharing. Signature dishes like baby spinach salad, shrimp tempura with spicy aioli, and “Mido-style” salmon tiradito range in spiciness and highlight the flavours of the ingredients. Sushi enthusiasts will enjoy sashimi, nigiri, gunkans, maki, and rolls, including signature sushi like Temaki Mido-style.

Dessert is an essential part of the meal, and Pastry Chef Laurent Vieilledent presents sweet creations that change with the seasons, such as miso vanilla roasted pineapple, sudachi meringue tart, and chocolate mousse sphere with sakura praline.
