Details:
La Palme d’Or, a gourmet restaurant with two Michelin stars and four Gault & Millau Toques, has recently joined the circle of prestigious dining establishments. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the Hôtel Martinez and boasts a beautiful balcony overlooking La Croisette, offering an enchanting setting on the Bay of Cannes. Chef Christian Sinicropi creates a sensory culinary experience, featuring daring and inventive cuisine.
At La Palme d’Or, Chef Sinicropi’s wife, Catherine, designs and crafts the tableware from “e=sc2”, tailored to hold the chef’s entire culinary composition. The couple, having mastered the art of ceramics, began creating plates and utensils several years ago, providing a unique dining experience.
La Palme d’Or is open for dinner, with a required dress code from Tuesday to Saturday. Chef Sinicropi’s new culinary experience is based on the principle of Movement, starting with the menu in cube form. His philosophy is founded on living things and embracing the ingredient of being in a constant state of change. Chef Sinicropi leads a three-step waltz, interpreting the ingredient’s texture, evolution over time, and surrounding terroir, depending on the theme and chosen ingredient, such as lobster, oyster, lamb, farm pigeon, tastes of the sea, or vegetables.

La Palme d’Or is the only restaurant where you can savour the Olive Oil and Wine from the Lérins Monks. The Lérins Abbey is on Saint-Honorat, a few steps from Cap de la Croisette. Since the Middle Ages, the Monks have been growing their vineyards by hand. Today, there are up to eight hectares of vineyards, where visitors can participate in wine and vineyard excursions. Lérins Abbey’s wine has been recognized for its quality by many professionals.
